Bedside Pain Manager is printed on high-quality, recycled, coated paper. If you order the unlaminated version, you can write your own notes on the document if you wish. If you order the laminated version, you get extra protection against tearing, ink marks, liquid spills and general wear and tear. So unlaminated or laminated – the choice is yours!

Shipping

Shipping and handling is $4 to any address in the USA for any size order up to 100 copies. We usually ship via US Postal Service, unless you direct us otherwise (with possible additional expense).
